Terms and Conditions

1. SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

• The regulations apply in the area of ​​Kashubian Osada and apply to all persons staying in it.
• The landlord of the house is hereinafter referred to as the “Object”, while the tenant of the house is referred to as the “Guest”.
• The guardian of the guest is Aleksandra.
• The Regulations define the rules of providing services, liability and staying on the Object and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by making a reservation, payment of the deposit or the entire payment for the stay. By performing the above mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the Regulations and undertakes to comply with them.
• The Regulations are available on the premises of the Object, in the information file and on the website of the facility www.kaszubskaosada.pl

2. HOTEL NIGHT

• The residential Object is rented for hotel days.
• The hotel day starts at 2:30 pm and ends at 11:00 am.
• If the Guest did not specify the length of stay at the time of the rental, it is assumed that the Object was rented for one day.
• A request for an extension of the hotel day should be reported by the Guest no later than 4:00 p.m. on the previous day of the ending stay. The Object may not take into account the wish to extend the stay in the event of using all the Objects available on the premises or in the case of a Guest who does not comply with the applicable regulations.
• The Object reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest’s stay in the Object in the event of failure to make full payment for the previous stay.
• Extending the hotel day involves an additional fee. During the so-called In the “high season”, the fee for extending the hotel day is PLN 50/1 hour. Detailed information on fees related to the extension of the day can be obtained from Aleksandra.

3. RESERVATION / CHECK-IN – CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION / REDUCTION OF STAY

• Reservations can be made via the Internet (email, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), by phone or by writing to: +48533763887
• After making the reservation, the Guest receives an e-mail or SMS confirmation of the initial reservation, which includes the booking conditions and information necessary to make a down payment of PLN 100.
• If the advance payment is not transferred to the Object bank account by the date specified in the preliminary booking agreement or is received later, the Object reserves the right to sell to another person and cancel the reservation. In such a case, the amount equal to the deposit will be returned to the Guest’s account within 10 days from the date of cancellation by the Reservation Object.
• After the deposit is credited to the Object bank account, the Guest receives the final booking confirmation via e-mail.
• If the Guest cancels the reservation after paying the deposit, the deposit is forfeited, unless the Guest decides to change the date.
• The basis for accepting a Guest is the presentation of an identity document with a photo, e.g. ID card, passport.
• The handover of the keys to the Object and their collection always takes place in the presence of the Lessor or an authorized person after signing the lease agreement replacing the deposits.
• The Guest may not transfer the Object to third parties, even if the period for which he has paid the due fee for the stay has not expired.
• Persons who are not registered in the Object may stay on the premises of the Object from 12:00 to 22:00 as a guest, at the Guest’s invitation.
• The Hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who grossly violated the regulations during the previous stay, causing damage to the Object or Guests’ property, or damage to the Guest or other persons staying in the Object, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of Guests or the functioning of the Object.
• The Object reserves the right to refuse to admit a Guest without giving a reason.
• Full payment for the stay is charged on the first day of the stay, upon check-in.
• Additional payments resulting from the stay are paid by the Guest no later than on the day of departure.
• In the event of a shortening of the stay by the Guest, the difference in the amount due for the stay will not be refunded.
• If the Guest does not arrive at the Object within the time specified in the reservation, the down payment is forfeited.

4. SERVICES

In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of the services provided by the Object, please report them to Aleksandra as soon as possible, which will allow for immediate reaction.

1. The Object is required to provide:
   • conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
   • security of stay and protection of personal data,
   • professional and courteous service in the field of all services provided by the Object,
   • change of the Object as far as possible or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience when the defects in the Object cannot be removed.
2. At the Guest’s request, the Object provides the following services free of charge:
   • providing information related to the stay and travel,
   • performing necessary repairs of devices (on request),
   • use of an iron and ironing board for use only in a designated place,
   • using a fishing rod,
   • use of a hair dryer, sewing kit,
   • use of a travel cot and baby bathtub,
   • use of a brick grill and fireplace,
   • use of the playground, trampoline, board games,
   • using the Netflix platform,
   • using the Internet,
   • use of free parking,
   • we offer a first aid kit,
   • we offer kindling, charcoal for the grill, pellets for the fireplace, wood to warm up the hot tub,
3. The Object provides the following additional paid services:
   • Electricity consumption according to meter readings (1KW – 1 PLN) during the heating period.
   • The use of garden hot tub with hyromassage and phototherapy, is a one-time fee of 100 PLN.

5. ROOM CLEANING

• Rooms are cleaned at the request of the Guest, expressed through prior consultation with Aleksandra the previous day. An additional fee of PLN 100 is charged for this.
• Bed linen is changed a maximum of once a week, at the express request of the Guest. A fee of PLN 40 is charged for this.

6. LIABILITY OF THE OBJECT

• The Object is not responsible for the loss or damage of items brought by people using the Objects.
• The guest should notify about the occurrence of the damage immediately after its discovery.
• The Object is not liable for the theft of money, theft, damage or destruction of securities, valuables or items of scientific or artistic value.
• The Object is not responsible for damage and loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest.
• The Object is not responsible for items left in the vehicle and live animals, regardless of whether the vehicle has been parked in the Parking lot of the Object or outside the Object.
• The Object is not responsible for any interruptions by water or electricity suppliers.

7. LIABILITY OF THE GUEST

• Children under the age of 12 should be on the premises of the Object under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially responsible for any damage caused by children.
• The Guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the Object, caused by his fault or the fault of guests visiting him.
  -If the damage is caused by the Guest during his stay, he is obliged to bear financial responsibility according to the purchase price or repair costs.
• Upon the occurrence of any defects or damage in the Object, the Guest is obliged to inform Aleksandra about it.
• In the event of violation of the provisions of the regulations, the Object may refuse to provide further services to the Guest who violates them. The Guest is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Object, settle the amount due for the stay and possible damage, and to leave the Object.
• For safety reasons, the Guest leaving the room should always close the window, turn off the taps and close the door.
• The Object has a statutory lien on items brought by the Guest to the Object in the event of delay or failure to pay for the services provided.
• It is forbidden to use gas or electricity powered devices that are not the equipment of the house, due to the risk of fire.

8. RETURN OF LOST ITEMS

• Personal belongings left in the room by the leaving Guest by mistake will be sent back at the Guest’s expense at the Guest’s request to the address provided.
• If the Guest does not receive instructions regarding the return of the leftover items, the Object will store the items at the expense of the owner for a period of two (2) months, and after this period they will be disposed of.
• Food products will be stored for a maximum of 24 hours.

9. NIGHT SILENCE

• There is a curfew in the Object from 22:00 to 07:00 the next day.
• The behavior of guests and people using the services of the Object should not disturb the peaceful stay of other Guests.
• The Object may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule.
• Guests are asked to follow the rules of safe and cultural rest.
• Throughout the stay, the principle of respecting good neighborly relations is in force.

10. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

• Due to fire safety, it is forbidden to leave an open fire in Object without supervision, e.g. kitchenette, fireplace, iron and other similar electrical devices that do not constitute the equipment of the Object.
• We accept pets in the Object for an additional fee of PLN 20 per day, after prior arrangement. The guardian of the animal is obliged to supervise the animal. In common areas, the dog should be kept on a leash or, if appropriate, be muzzled. The owner of the animal is fully responsible for any damage caused by the animal. The Object reserves the right to refuse to grant permission for an animal to stay in the Object.
• In the Object, it is possible to use logs, a playground, a trampoline on the basis of separate regulations, available from Aleksandra, which guests are obliged to read and comply with.
• There is a total ban on smoking tobacco products in the Object. In the event of a breach of the ban, the Guest will be charged with the costs of refreshing the Object. In the event of the arrival of the fire brigade, the Guest will also be charged.
• It is not allowed to store dangerous items in the Object, i.e. weapons, ammunition, flammable materials, illuminating materials, etc.
• Guests are asked to segregate rubbish in dedicated containers located on the premises of the resort (glass, plastic, etc.). In the event of failure to comply with this request, the fee will be PLN 100.
• Losing the key to the Object is associated with a one-time fee of PLN 100.
• It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises of the Object, cause unpleasant odors, or perform other activities that disturb, harm or irritate other Guests.
• All complaints regarding the stay should be submitted to the management of the Object in a documentary form to the following address: aleksandra@kaszubskaosada.pl
• In matters not covered by these Regulations, the owner decides or the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on tourist services apply accordingly. Act on tourist services of 29 August 1997 Dz. U. 1997 Nr 133 poz. 884. The Act specifies the conditions for the provision of tourist services by entrepreneurs in the territory of the Republic of Poland, and also abroad, if contracts with customers for the provision of these services are concluded on the territory of the Republic of Poland.
